nano|sec® NSP: a completely new laser system
Movable scanner head | serial processing of scan fields | workpieces of different heights in the same job
With the nano|sec® NSP, we present a completely new laser system: movable scanner head | serial processing of the scan fields | workpieces of different heights in the same job

Movable scanner head | serial processing of scan fields | workpieces of different heights in the same job
NSP-9060, the revolutionary nano|sec® laser gantry with movable scanner head.
Label metals or even plastics, organic materials or glass*.
The innovative system concept makes it possible to combine the scanners with their high precision and speed with the x,y,z axes of a gantry.
The NSP system processes multiple panels with maximum precision and production speed.
*depending on laser source
This motif (90 mm wide) on 3 mm plywood was engraved and cut on NSP-9060 (video below).
Duration: 30 seconds
Conventional systems require approx. 3 - 5 minutes for this.
Features
- Laser processing for multiple uses
- Robust and compact design
- Easy handling
- Working area 900 mm x 600 mm
- Laser protection class 1
- Special solutions (sizes, rotation adapters...) easy to realise
The NSP principle can also be applied to other working field sizes. Ask us about the best possible NSP variant for your requirements!
(fibre lasers up to 30W, MOPA lasers up to 70W, air-cooled CO2 sealed-off lasers up to 100W)
Practical software option:
Laser Parameter Tester: Simple software tool for automatically finding the best laser parameters.
As a fibre laser or with CO2 technology, with laser wavelengths of 1064nm or 10600nm. Different sized portals and scan fields can be configured together.
A single compact mechanical platform allows the laser power to be configured between 20W and 100W cw. Work surfaces from 600 mm x 400 mm to 1,300 mm x 900 mm are possible.
The large, transparent plastic windows are certified to protection class OD 4+/ OD8+ or class I. The autofocus allows small batches to be processed quickly.

Why you shouldn't miss Modico Graphics at glasstec 2026.

How a cleaning fluid turned into an international company. And Neonjet is doing what it – amongst many other things – does particularly well: printing on bottles.

nanosec® developments include diode and fibre laser systems, which are distributed through Modico Germany.
