Nothing that could be improved was left unchanged. Every single component – from the print heads and the user interface to the lamps, the anti-static system and the vacuum system – was selected on the basis of quality, value, performance and ease of use. The result is a completely new Acuity series – designed and developed by Fujifilm.
Fujifilm has in fact compared the power consumption of the Acuity printers with that of other platforms, and the results are impressive: the Acuity printers consume significantly less energy.
Fujifilm’s Uvijet inks also meet some of the world’s most stringent product emission standards. Thanks to their safety and high quality, they are suitable for a wide range of industries and applications. They are manufactured at the award-winning plant in Broadstairs (UK), a zero-waste facility powered largely by its own solar energy system.

The Acuity Prime reliably delivers a throughput of up to 150 m²/hour on almost all flexible and rigid media. The LED curing system is ready for immediate use straight from standby mode. Printheads with variable droplet sizes and highly pigmented inks produce a thin ink film, thereby minimising production costs. Combined with the competitive system price, this enables an excellent return on investment.
The Acuity Prime is a true flatbed printer with an exceptional design. With five dedicated vacuum zones and primer application, it delivers outstanding print quality on a range of rigid and flexible substrates. Designed for ease of use, the machine also offers a phenomenal return on investment.
The Acuity Prime excels at producing a wide variety of printed materials for a range of viewing distances. In addition to spectacular print quality, it delivers a perfectly adherent ink film on numerous rigid and flexible materials and objects. The vacuum table provides a secure hold for almost all plates or sheets – with precise registration and perfect flatness.
